We recommend storing it in a cool and dry location with temperatures of 14-18 °C (57-64 °F) with a humidity lower than 40%. Keep out of the fridge as they are typically high in humidity. A cool dry basement or pantry works nicely. Chocolate is best eaten at room temperature.
There are many factors that influence exact delivery dates but we strive to deliver most orders within 2-3 business days.
We always strive to offer our customers products and options that reflect their food or ethical choices as well as their allergies. Unfortunately, cross-contamination is always possible, as we cannot guarantee there will not be exposure to certain allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soybeans, wheat, barley, eggs and sulphites.
Some of our products do not contain any gluten. Please note, however, that our products are not officially certified "gluten-free" as there may be a risk of cross-contamination. Please reach out to us directly to discuss of there are any questions.
We close every year from just before Christmas until the last week of March, typically. Online orders are available however there will be certain times through out the winter closure that online orders may not be available.
